There is a printed letter on my desk today. I rarely print anything, but I wanted to be able to hold this one.
A gentleman wrote to me. He knows PURE from before and was, as he puts it, a regular customer of the old site. He was "very pleased" to see "that the Pure website is back online". I hadn't expected anyone to have missed it. After such a long pause, I assumed I was starting from zero.
Then came the sentence that touched me most. He likes the new homepage, and he says my diary entries convey "a very likeable attitude towards the ladies". That is exactly what I meant by "PURE has to be PURE again", and I'm glad it came across. An agency doesn't live from photos or beautiful words. It lives from how people treat one another. If a gentleman can feel that just by reading, we are on the right path.
He writes that his next meeting may still be a while off, and he wishes us "a good start into the agency's new era". Thank you for that. I have never waited for anyone to book right away. It is enough for me when someone tells me he feels well looked after before he has even picked up the phone.
I am passing his words on to the ladies. Behind every sentence on this page lie their openness and trust, and they should read that both are seen.
If you would like to write to me too, whether criticism, wishes or just a few kind lines, please do. I read every message myself, and some stay with me longer than expected. Especially the good ones.
Discreetly yours,
Lena
