At some point I noticed that Sunday inquiries sound different from Friday or Saturday ones. Quieter. Less "we need to be quick about this," more "would you happen to have time."
On the weekend, classic Friday evening, the whole week is often still lingering in the background. The tension from work, the expectation that something has to happen now because you've been looking forward to the weekend all along. It's lovely, no question. But it's also a bit hurried, if I'm honest.
A Sunday runs on a different clock. Nobody's carrying leftover stress from Friday. Nobody's thinking about the next appointment. There's just that afternoon, that flat autumn light coming through the window in a particular way, and otherwise nothing really pressing.
I've come to like that shift. A Sunday date at PURE is rarely the big, loud occasion. More often it's a slow conversation over coffee, a walk, an evening that takes its time, because yes, Monday follows — but that only matters tomorrow, not today.
Maybe that sounds like a small thing. To me, it isn't. The day you meet on changes what comes out of it. A Sunday gives you room that a Friday sometimes simply doesn't have.
So if you've been wondering whether a Sunday might be the right day for you — in my experience, it's worth simply trying.
Discreetly yours,
Lena
